We love hosting events! Parties, both intimate and large, as well as fundraisers, benefits, reunions, work events and weddings are some of the events that we host on a regular basis.

Our restaurant provides multiple dining locations to make your gathering perfect.
We also have tailored menus that cater delicious food to your guests.

Chicken Fried Steak-Mexican Style. Skirt steak, butterflied, lightly battered with bread crumbs and seasonings. Trimmings include sliced potatoes, Spanish rice, wedges of lemon, and sliced avocado salad.

Shrimp sautéed in Guajillo chili peppers and garlic, Served with arroz jardinera and charro beans.

Filete a la Tampiquena

Beef tenderloin, charcoal broiled and topped with a special ranchero sauce. Served with one enchilada verde, rice, beans, and guacamole salad.

General Information

We require a deposit of $100.00 to hold your reservation. Deposits may be made by check or credit card. Deposits are refundable; checks will not be cashed nor will credit cards be charged.

If there’s a cancellation, we require 72 hour notice prior to the reservation in order to refund the deposit. Failure to cancel the reservation in the appropriate time frame will forfeit the deposit.

Sales tax and a 20% gratuity apply. Prices are subject to change.

Appetizer Buffets - General Information

Appetizer Buffets are available for parties of 30 or more and are priced per person per item. A minimum of five or more items must be selected. Prices for children 12 and under are half of the price listed for adults. The selected appetizers are served as a traditional buffet, with table service for beverage orders. The buffet will be refilled at no added charge for up to one and a half hours from the start of the reservation time. Reservations are booked for two hours, and must occur prior to 6:00 PM.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices are locked-in once the deposit and menu choices are received. Sales tax and a 20% combined service fee & gratuity apply in addition to the listed prices.

Guest Count: We require final guest count and confirmation 72 hours before the event date. An accurate guest count is required upon confirmation. The confirmed guest count will be the minimum amount charged. Additional guests who arrive and are served above the confirmed headcount will be charged accordingly.

Outside desserts: Viola’s Ventanas charges a cake-plating fee of $1.00 per person to provide china, flatware, and cutting service for all outside desserts. You may waive this fee by bringing your own disposable plates and plastic-ware.
